Terms of service

1. Who these terms are with

kiterank is operated by Ramanujan Technologies LLC. “We”, “us” and “our” mean that company, and “you” means the person or business using the service.

2. What we provide

kiterank offers two things, bought separately:

• An article subscription. We research keywords for your business, write articles, and publish them to your website on a schedule. Every article is shown to you as a draft and is published only after you approve it.
• Directory submission packs. A one-time purchase of a number of submissions. A person completes each submission by hand, and each is verified live before it counts against your balance.

3. Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in links go there. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. One person or business per account; you may not resell access without our written agreement.

4. Your content and your website

You own your content. The brand information you provide and the articles we produce for you are yours. We claim no ownership over them and do not republish them elsewhere.

You grant us permission to publish. When you connect a CMS you authorise us to publish approved articles to that website on your behalf. You confirm you have the authority to grant that access for the site in question.

You are responsible for what you approve. Articles are drafted automatically and reviewed by you. Once you approve one, it is published as your content on your domain, and you are responsible for it as publisher.

5. What we do not promise

We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic volumes, domain-rating movement, or that any specific AI assistant will cite you. Search engines decide those things and we do not control them. Anyone in this industry offering you a guaranteed ranking is guessing.

We also do not guarantee that a particular directory will accept a submission. Directories set their own editorial rules and can reject or remove listings.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use kiterank to:

• Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights
• Submit a website you do not own or are not authorised to represent
• Create multiple accounts to obtain free credits repeatedly
• Attempt to breach, overload, or reverse engineer the service

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where the breach is not serious we will contact you first.

7. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel yourself at any time from the billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges and access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Directory packs are a one-time charge. Submissions do not expire and do not renew. Buying another pack adds to your balance.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies to you. We may change prices for future billing periods, and will give at least 30 days' notice by email before a change affects an existing subscription.

Refunds are governed by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Suspension for non-payment

If a payment fails we will retry and email you. If it remains unpaid we may suspend the service. We will not delete your content for at least 30 days after suspension.

9. Your data

How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy, and the third parties involved are listed on our data processors page. Both form part of these terms.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may take it down for maintenance, and will give notice where we reasonably can.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of business opportunity.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Ending the agreement

You can stop using kiterankand delete your account at any time. We may end this agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you materially breach these terms. If we end it without cause, we refund any unused prepaid amounts.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email account holders at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.

14. Governing law

The governing law and jurisdiction for these terms are those of the country in which kiterankis registered. Nothing here removes a consumer's right to bring a claim in their own country where the law gives them that right.
