How kiterank works, end to end

Five steps from connecting a domain to seeing whether it worked, the questions people actually ask, and a way to reach a person.

    We read your site

    We pull your brand name, what you sell and who you sell it to from your own pages, so you are not filling in a long form before anything happens.

    We pick keywords you can win

    We check difficulty against your domain before a keyword reaches your calendar, so nothing gets written for a term you could not rank for.

  3. 3

    We write against what already ranks

    Each article starts from the pages currently holding the first page for that keyword: the questions they answer, the ground they cover, and what they miss.

    We publish on your schedule

    Articles go to your CMS through a plugin, an API call or a webhook, on the dates you set. Every new URL is submitted for indexing the moment it goes live.

    We check whether it worked

    Rankings and clicks come back from Search Console, and we ask five AI assistants your buyers' questions on a schedule so you can see who gets named.

How soon does anything happen?

We research and draft your first articles in the same week you sign up. Directory submissions start the same day you buy a pack and land over two to seven days. Rankings move over weeks, because that is how search works.

Why does a directory listing need me sometimes?

A few directories require a login, a CAPTCHA, or a business email on your own domain. We do not fake any of those. Those listings appear under Needs your attention with everything else already filled in.

What counts as a live backlink?

One we have loaded and read after publication, with the destination URL stored. If a link stops resolving it drops out of your report at the next check rather than sitting there inflating the number.

Can I run client work through it?

Yes. Each client is a separate brand with its own keywords, calendar and Search Console property. Your plan sets how many brands you can run at once.

How do I change plan or cancel?

Both are in the billing portal, linked from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves everything already published on your site, because it is your site.

Something looks wrong. What do I do?

Write to team@kiterank.com with the brand name and what you expected to see. A person reads it, usually within one business day.
